Waiting for collection of my device for 2 months now!! - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Last year November Vodacom phoned me for an upgrade on my data. The sales guy said that my account will never be more than a R1000 again. Then fast forward, my account went to R2300 December and then now R2000. I complained, asked them to listen to the recording since this was not was promised and what I signed up for. Phindile from Mondo got in contact with me, and actually said in an email I have, that she arranged with RAM to collect my device, and as soon as it's booked back in, they would refund me, since they listend to the recording and I was right, and the sales person was going through disciplinary hearings. its not almost 2 months now, and my calls, emails etc has been escalated how many times, and RAM has still not collected my device. So they are basically stealing money from me, each month that my device is still with me. I am a single mother who has a budget, and this is putting me back financially. And all they say is it's been escalated. I cant even complain about the service, because there is none!!!
