Payment of 4000 has been made for this application but you never installed the service. Your toll is unreachable and you never reply to any of my email since jun 29, 2020.
According to the tech who visited us on 6/29, that on the online application "OPALO" st was not indicated. They said that I need to reapply with a complete address. I reaaply immediately as instructed and its almost a month now but i am not hearing any reply from you.
If you cannot install your service please let me know and please refund my 4000.
Btw, this is the worst customer service experience i had in my entire life.
