rider marked my order as delivered - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

i ordered from shake shack and my rider marked my order as delivered but i never got my food! apparently the rider gave my food to someone else! the rider never contacted me at all which is kinda suspicious he might be the one who got my food! and now foodpanda has guts of not refunding my order!!
