First of all I hace been sending my parcel to LBC 15yrs already to all my COD And COP transaction. This time when I moved to Marilao Bulacan, I used to send my parcel in Sm Marilao. I would like to file a complaint inregards with ths staff of Sm Marilao LBC. This is the only branch of LBC that do not send a message to the sender once there is a return item. Metro Manila LBC are sending messages with in 10 days to claim the return item.
They are rude and no information from them plus they said my parcel is in Pasay? WTF where in Pasay staff of LBC dont know where in Pasay City is that normal that if ypur working in LBc you should know what will be the process.
No one is helping where to get my parcel.
Poor customer service. Plus once if the LBC staff had mistake for inputing a name why we have to go to the branch where we send the item? What if ur from Cebu and you fly out in Manila the item wasnt recieve why we have to go to Cebu City and fly there to followup and fix the problem which is staff of lbc mistake why we have to go to Cebu and fix is there anyway we can fix in Nearest LbC????
We will file a formal.complain if this is not fix in behalf of everyone has complain here.
