My account 1050602048189 has been queued for installation from July 7 up to now. Nothing changed in the status of my account despite my consistent follow ups. Every time I contact you through email and text messages you always tell me to wait for your installers' call. Unfortunately I didn't receive any call from them. How long will I have to wait?

It is still queued for installation up to now. It's almost 3 months.
