Greetings!
I write to inform you that at around 3:45pm 03 August 2020, I received a call from Converge contractor with mobile number # 09751079486 informing that they are on the way to our home to install my internet.
However, to my dismay and disappointment they have not shown up until this writing. I tried to reach consumer service hotline 02-8667-0850, but after almost an hour of waiting my call was cut. It is really very disappointing experience.
Almost everyday I have been making calls to customer service, but I cannot get thru. They have also a Mobile feature click to call, but also a useless feature.
Worse, this contractor reported that our residence is over span from Network Access Point (NAP) that is why the status of my application is on hold.
What is even much worse is when I applied anew thru sales representatives my application is now approved and for compliance. Meaning, I had to pay another installation and deposit fees in the amount of Php4,000.00, which I have paid already since July 15, 2020 with Transaction Ref.# MA_BP20200715-761120 via BDO Internet Banking.
My children are in need of Internet connection for their education and if Converge cannot install my application they should inform me and reimburse my payment.
I have conveyed my concern thru email to their customer service, but no update or response from them.
Converge Customer Service is the worst customer service that I have known.
