Attitude - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

PEP STORESI went to collect my parcel on the 27 April 2021 at pep home Thaba mall P6616 and i was Assisted by a lady called Kele she has a very bad attitude she even shook my parcel harder for everyone to know what i am collecting. I was not happy at all.

Comment It seems like a general issue with Pep staff...I had a terrible experience at one of their clothes stores at Centurion mall...has someone reached out to you yet?
