CTM Groblersdal (Staff members Using Owen Transport for Deliveries) - Consumer Complaint for CTM Head Office

Our forefathers have been using their Bakkies & Trucks for Deliveries to provide for our families since yore years. Which was a good practice since was a way of giving back to the community members & socioeconomic development around the community as CTM is a private Massmart Store. Now your sales personnel use their own Bakkies & even buy Trucks to make deliveries, this is a conflict of interest! Since they steal from customers by making them buy expensive tile cement and later include less costly cement, then move the money to transport (fraud & corruption). Lastly we as the community youth will like to engage to the respective directors of this store and make a forum for delivering & so to provide for our families, since CTM staff members started fraud our community members as their customers. They nolonger want us to make deliveries, telling customers that will steal & break their products in order to benefit themselves. We have been calling head office about this matter nothing has changed, can this complaint be passed to the relevant directors and if possible contact me at 0794278260
