Billed more money on account - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I opened a new and first time contract at Centurion mall and the consultant only told me about R97 for sim connection that i should have in my account and i was suprised when i saw R332 unsuccessful amount and the consultant did not tell me about it being deducted before my pay day
I went to store offered and asked Wilfred consultant how much i should pay to avoid billed unnecessary things. I was suprised when they deducted R433 on the 27/10/2020 and i called vodacom customers care to get prove of what i was charged last month, i was suprised to be charged R100.88 for failed debit on my account while i went to store on several occasions to make a payment to avoid being a bad payer. Why did the consultant not advice to have a full amount of money in my account, is it a way for vodacom or consultant to make money out of their customers, can i also please get my R100.88 back??
