Multiple Delivery Problems caused by receiving Branch - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines
RECIPIENT
J&T Express Philippines2 boxes should be delivered to the same name and address first box was delivered smoothly, while the other box where held for 2days and tagged for pick up when we specifically indicated to the waybill that it should be delivered door to door and payed express delivery that cost too much, multiple delivery rider handled the box yet was NEVER delivered to the address, no call, no contact at all, they never explained why it was held for 2 days when they did not even attempt to deliver. Already filed a complaint but same scenario. parcel was then put on hold AGAIN! Customer service is also not helpful. report was never made! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
