Ticket#004373131] E_FTTX_0020231111753_CIC_0000_NO INTERNET CONNECTION - The problem started before Christmas and since then the internet connection has not been restored yet. Another bill is coming and this full of shit ISP company will be asking for payment for a service they never delivered. I contacted their Customer Service but they have not called me back for any update. I badly need the internet connection for WFH and study from home of my children.
