Bad customer service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I’m not happy about the charges on my account.
1. Last month october 2020 the debit order failed, so there was a charge of R 100.88 which i accepted because the debit order did fail.
2. This month november 2020 the debit order went through but I’m still being charged R 100.88. Also vodacom took one month jn advance and I’m still being charged R100.88.
3. I ipgraded last month October 2020 and i selected not to insure the device. After doing the upgrade online i received a confirmation from vodacom about the upgrade and there was no insurance included. The premium was supposed to be R329.00 pm. Now bodacom takes payment in advance and still chatges me R100.88 and they charging me for insurance even though vodacom sent me confirmation of my upgarde without insurance.
Vodacom customer service is very bad.

I would give vodacom 0
I wouldn’t recommend Vodacom to anyone because all they want is to make money and don’t care about how important a customer is.
Because of the above i will be leaving vodacom because i know all the other networks treat their customers like they supposed to.
