Sale - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I am a loyal customer of clicks and i have been buying lot of stock but i am currently feeling very useless as i have been communicating with area mnager with regard to the treatment i m getting,specifically with Sandy as she treat me very bad and today she even told me not to enter the store anymore. I use my money to buy stock but it seems like she is doing me a favor. I want lot of of Q10 and tissues and also i buy normal items but for me to get them is like i have to pay or bribe before i can get attention. My clubcard number is 0200675714473 and i also currently requested 150 bales of tissues and i still need more but i still don't understand why should i be treated this way. I love clicks and i have lot of clients requesting stock from clicks but with this treatment is very frustrating and i don't know if i should continue with clicks or convince my clicents to move to other businesses. I also get some stock from other clicks branches but i m very close to clicks musina and i was hoping to be treated fair but i dont,Sandy has the guts to tell me not to come to the store anymore....like realy!!!!!
Please address this lady or else you will loose more business because of her...i have make an order of Q10 creams for the past few months but today i was told that i have to share the stock with other customers whereby i placed my order before. If you can follow my clubcard you will see how loyal i am but Sandy is giving me tough time and when i speak to the other manager by the name Martin he also tell me that Sandy is in charge. I am very dissappointed with the service i get from your Musina store.
