I have settled my account on the 24/07/2020 at a 20% discount but never received any paid up letter regardless how many times I called to inquire about it and emails I left to customercare and the finance department I still not getting help, It is back and forth. when I call ADRS they sent me to bradlows and bradlows do same. I don't know what to do anymore. I think of escalating the matter to court. Because this is affecting my credit score and no one is taking accountabilities between the two parties, even worse they escalated the matter further to MBD debt collectores for what reason I don't know.
I will never ever buy furniture in Bradlows ever again.
