Claimed but not delivered - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I was texted by lbc yesterday that my package will be delivered anytime soon. I was texted again this morning. I kept on tracking it. Until around 5pm. My package had been already claimed in the address not in the designated address i gave to my supplier..
