Not helpful at all - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I am so unhappy about this service I got at Brooklyn Vodacom I took my phone there because I had s lot of trouble with my Samsung A31 saying it cant read the SIM and it cant read the SD card the "technician" just pulled up his shoulders and said it is not giving the problem now he doesn't know what to do he even asked another "technician" what he thinks and he also just pulled up his shoulders I can not express the frustration I had, eventually he said he will send the phone in to check what's wrong with it. A week later I got my phone back and it was worse it could not receive incoming calls and other issues so I took it to menlyn on the 8th of February because I wont go back to brooklyn, at menlyn I was informed they have to send it back to brooklyn because it was there for the first repair,that week I got no response on where the phone was so I phoned menlyn and was informed the dont have the phone I must ask brooklyn I phoned them and they said they dont have the phone, the assistant phoned me back and said it was at Hatfield I then phoned them and was informed the phone is done I wasn't even informed I had to phone around on the Wednesday 17th of February I spoke to Vincent and he said he will hold the phone there I can collect it at Hatfield today the 20th I went to Hatfield and was told my phone was sent to Brooklyn I thought I was supposed to be assisted instead I have to fall into their plans
