I did a online application for a business contract on the 16/10/2020 and VANESHREE GOVENDER gave me a call and sent me the mail regarding the paperwork needed. As in today the 10/11/2020 I still don't have a answer regarding my application as I can't get hold of her as every time I call they say she will call me back but nothing I got a mail requesting a other bank letter that I sent to her on the same day and I am still waiting for the outcome. This is the worst service I have ever received .I have phone the call center more than 20 times. Why don't she get back to me?? I am very upset regarding this.
