Terrible Service - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

In December 2020 I bought a bedroom set at Bradlows Rustenburg branch. Service at store was good, after that we wait almost 3 weeks for delivery. As soon as the delivery take place I notice one of the bedside cupboard door was not stable. So we reported it to the manager at the store and he said in January it will be replaced. After several calls we didn't get any joy from the store. Now everyday I do get calls to be reminded of my payment that needs to be paid in February. Amount of calls from number 010 045 7035. I am fed up for up to 10 - 15 calls per day and every time the same conversation took place. I am really not satisfied with this franchise at all. I will not under any circumstances encourage anyone to buy from Brandlows.
