On the 4th February i actioned a upgrade online, when i checked out th price was incorrect, i immediately logged a query & called in & spoke to Cherylyn who assured me tge deal was still available online, informed me of all i expected to receive would be included including, the calls are recorded so i will not be repeating it here. Th original quote or upgrade had to be changed & Cherylyn assured me she would contact me to action the correct upgrade, all i in time for th Samsung pre deal promo gifts as well. This will b a code tht will b in th box, i havs since received no call fm Cherylyn in your Online department, i sent emails, made several calls, spoke to your Customer care as well, noone cud assist & several confirmations that my call msg will be given & Cherylyn will b calling me bac, eventually i asked flr the Senior Manager on duty i was then told he stepped out, i left a msg to call bac, todate i have not received a call from th Senior Manager as well, i called in again, once again Cherylyn was unavailable, Agent i spoke to said, Cherylyn will call bac & i requested her to let the Senior of tht department to call whoever thar may b as at the first call wheb i asked for the name of the Manager i was told tht info cannot be given.
I am extremely upset, several emails several calls & i still do not have my upgrade with all my promo gifts promised.
I said to your agenr via email, i do not care who needs to b dealt with, but as your calls are recorded, i expect this upgrade is actioned and processed as promised with all promo gifts from Vodacom as well as the Samsung & tht ur online department will need to authorise this or get a higher authority to authorise. I am now being ignored as my emails are having zero feedback responses.
