An upgrade turned into a lie - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I called vodacom on 23/09/2020 to cancel my contract. I am a customer of 10years and just felt that I'm not getting any value from my contract. I was paying R230 for an airtime deal. Langton from retentions offered me 100 minutes, 175 airtime, 1 gig data, 200 SMS and a Samsung A21s for R269. I received everything except the 100minutes. After days of following up, Langton called me back saying management listened to the call and I said in the call I don't want the 100minutes. I asked him to send me that recording and have been waiting since. I will not rest until I get the 100minutes or the recording of that call. This is the first time I complain about an offer in all the years I've been a customer. I want those 100minutes.
