Unable to get chronic medication - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

Clicks secunda created a mix up when my mother took in a prescription to be on the system for chronic medication. Now she is unable to collect medication because the system reflects that they tried to issue the medication but it was not the right time and they failed to reverse the transaction.
