The number provided for customer care has a automatic voice system stating no calls can be taken due to COVID 19 and that the web site should be visited for further information. The website clearly stipulate open for business and no other information is displayed. Obviously the gym is closed... Where should accurate information be obtained?? at this stage the one refers to the other but no clarity, like the blind leading the blind and causing confusion. Please stay professional, having another organization going down the drain due to unprofessionalism is definitely not what we need right now...
