I lost my sim card during the level 1 of lockdown.why should I lose my airtime but Vodacom Shop was closed.vodacom are crooks they don't make policies available to you. They wait for to make a claim.then they will come with their policies.always looking for loophole to get you. Other service providers they will tell you that sim card is not in used. Because it's contract Sim. What Vodacom do they don't care if you dead or a live as long they get their money every month it's fine. Why deduct money more than 3 month but sim card not in used. You skip month they contact u, block the phone. You gain from us with little knowledge we have. Why I have to go to your link to read all those small letter's.
