A bad service from pharmacy department - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

On Saturday I went to my nearest clicks at Letlhabile Brits. I went to the pharmacy to purchase an allergy cream. I mistakenly chose collection of medication instead of self medication. I didn't even notice it until one of the assistant pharmacist "Lesego Selone" rudely said to me I should go back to the machine and select self medication. Bare in mind she meant that I should start a line and wait another long queue. I was so frustrated, I was asking myself that if that's how she treated me, what about the elderly people who shop around the mall. We live in an area that is not developed, there are people who doesn't even know how to operate those machines. Anyways I went straight to the store manager, he said he's not responsible for the pharmacy department. I was shocked and disappointed I couldn't get any help. My rights as a consumer were violated. This is not the first time I file a complaint against Lesego,one the first incident the clicks' manager phoned and told me he's not responsible for the pharmacy department and Lesego only comes on a rotational schedule. However the manager then apologized for her behavior. I figured that since this lady's bad customer service is not given any reprimands, she continues with her bad service that offends customers. To think that I am a regular customer at clicks and I get to experience this, it doesn't make me feel valued. I am not happy at all. I hope this will be the last time I'm complaining about Lesego Seloane, her seniors should call her into order.
