Laybye expired 2021/02/05 - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

Went to Pep store Ladybrand in Free State on 2021/02/28 to go make inquiry regarding my laybye that expired on 2021/02/05.The lady told me that my laybye has not expired because it still there in the system,then I made her aware that according to my slip it has expired already,she called the other lady who did not even looked at the slip and told me Pep store is no longer making laybye terminations,and I tried to explain to her that it expired already but no they did not listen.Furthermore I told them even if maybe it's not expired my till slip is telling me that I can terminate the agreement prior to the expiring date,they told me not anymore.Now that all eyes was on me and I noticed that I will not be helped then I left.I came back again to buy airtime and was helped by the same lady and I asked her what are their names since they were both not wearing name tags,becacause I am going to lay a complain,she told me I will get her name on the airtime slip so her name is Patience or Patient.
