unsatisfied client due to incompetent staffs of lbc - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

Due to incompetence, long hours of waiting in line and the staffs are gossiping, texting, using thier phone while there are long line waiting custumers, staffs not even polite to clients, they are disgrace to your company. this I have been experiencing everytime doing transaction to LBC Tayuman branch. please make or do some action on this. thanks.
incident happened :Feb 2,2021 at around in the afternoon.
