I do not want to complain. I want to compliment someone.
Wendy from the Roodepoort branch in van Wyk street.
I just want to thank Wendy from the Roodepoort branch for going out of her way to help me. I Phoned her on Tuesday 30 June, but they did not have stock of the bed and base set yet. Told me the truck was coming on Wednesday 1 July with stock. Phoned me later and told me that they did not bring the base sets, but they will bring it on Friday. Told me she will phone me as soon as the truck arrived. This morning I got a call from her and told me the truck is there with the stock. I made arrangements to come and pay by 14h00. But my son could only go at 15h30. I guess people on the floor did not want to find out if she was there.I was phoning her and told her my son is on his way. He is only 10min away from them. She told me she is in the shop. Then someone else took the sale. Gertrude was the lady. Please, she did went through a lot of trouble to get this deal. I do not know how you guys work, is there commission or what do you get apart from your salary. Thank you again for a great service.
