I lay-byed a tv at OK furniture store in Oudtshoorn. I paid it of in 2 months time, and was told that there is no stock in their store, and it will be coming from Mosselbay +/-80km from Oudtshoorn.
It is more than 2weeks and every day the Oudtshoorn branch just tell me they are waiting for the truck. The manager told me that the tv will arrive today, as he will personally see to it, this morning the sales person phoned me and told me it was not on the delivery truck again.
I think this was my last encounter with this branch, as this also happened when I bought a bed 3 months ago.
I will never do business with OK furniture again.

Comment Poor service and I purchased wall unit.. when I opened the goods got scratches and lifting up from its borders because of moisture from warehouse storage. I need to get back my money since their goods is not strong and it's peeling
