Refusal to cancel an unused contract - Consumer Complaint for PLANET FITNESS - HEAD OFFICE

Good day. I have tried reaching the office of Planet fitness to have a membership cancelled however there has been no feedback to my messages or even a call back. However the sms notifications keep coming in with the amount escalating. This is not fair consumer practice. Please investigate and advise.
