The bus arrived late and had mechanical issues on the road - Consumer Complaint for Translux - Head Office

On 2021-04-01 the bus was scheduled to depart from kokstad at 10:00 it was late and only arrived after 11:00 the delay was never communicated neither apology,we left kokstad as I was traveling to east London,on the way the bus had mechanical issues as a result we were changed to another bus at umtata,that served us no justice as the bus is still continuing to have mechanical issues and there hasn't been any communication this inconvenience has cost me time and money as I have missed my connection transport to my final destination and now I have to make emergency arrangements as the bus was scheduled to arrive at 16:55 and now the time is 18:00 still stuck on the road
