Good Day,
On 28 July 2020 I went to your branch in Century City to collect my medication as per medical script. I was told with attitude by Andisiwe May that because the script was emailed from the doctor and the medication is for a schedule 5 medication, she won’t load the script on the system and only give me 30 days worth of medication although I have a 2 month prescription. I explained to her that my doctor lives in England and only consults ad hoc in South Africa but due to lockdown travel ban, he cannot travel to hand my script in person in South Africa. She failed to try and assist nor understand that we are under lockdown and therefore I cannot obtain an original script but that an email copy should suffice under these exceptional circumstances. She was very rude, abrasive and didn’t even greet me properly.
