Rudeness of the J&T Express Rider - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

The assigned rider texted me at 2:24pm to tell that he is in the 2nd floor of the location.

Usually, for other J&T rider, they will use call instead of text.

I was actually keep waiting for the parcel arrive since I knew the parcel is out for delivery.

However, started from afternoon, I had a meeting. I still keep watch my cellphone for any incoming call. I missed out the text as I thought it will be a call.

He didn’t send any second text to me. Only one text from him (2:24pm).

He then called me at 2:48pm. When I picked up the phone by saying “Hello”, he then right away scolded me with rudeness tone, he scolded and talked nonstop! Kindly be reminded this was the 1st and the only call from him after one text from him as well.

I understand was my fault to keep him waiting for 24 minutes. But the rudeness of him cannot be acceptable. He can actually call me after 5 or 10 minutes after the text he sent to me, and not wait until 2:48pm. Ask, the rider shall call right away they arrived there, and not text (to avoid miss out).

I am strongly unsatisfactory to this rider.

I do wish your company to take disciplinary action to this rider.
