Stale chips - Consumer Complaint for Ocean Basket - Head Office

On Friday 22 January 2021 I ordered (for pick up) prawns, chips, rice, fish etc. Umhlanga branch at 1pm. Very friendly service (Roy) but the chips were very stale as if it was re fried. My mum in law did not enjoy the fish as well, she said it felt stale. Wish I had taken a pic. Just left everything outside my apartment
