Non assistance - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I use My vodacom app to pay my account and on the 29th of October I made a payment of 600. My payment update was not effected and I called in several times with no assistance. I was asked to send emails to supervisors, which I did but they didn't bother to respond nor acknowledge my email.

I went to a vodacom store, they requested my bank statement which I sent, a query was logged and resolved with "no proof of payment". I don't understand this because I sent the statement countless times.

Today I called again, I was asked to send another email and they would call within an hour.

Nothing has happened and it's midday already.
