We cannot be operating like this....through trial and error and you dump all the costs to me. DT Dobie you are supposed to be experts.

From day one I drove my self hoarse trying to explain what the problem/symptoms were......and I kept saying this thing is ON and OFF......... hoping you would pick a clue on which way to go. All this you ignored and came up with ridiculous diagnosis of Spark plug/Ignition coil.....and I said NO......can't be!

Yesterday I I came and we spoke.....despite my doubts you went ahead to convince me of the theory of spark plugs/Ignition coil.

Surely DT Dobie cannot be be doing guesswork ( through trial and error) to drain customers of their hard earned cash.

You should take responsibility and charge customers for only that that you've done to solve the problem that the car was brought in your workshop for.

Not meander around with things like mechanical check (checking wipers etc).......things that are completely unrelated to what the car is in the garage for.

Plse note that, if it were spark plugs/Ignition coil, I would NOT have been so dump to bring the car to DT Dobie.
