Incorrect billing - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Two months ago, a sales consultant came to my house advertising Vodacom fiber. They said the fiber will be installed within 21 days and in the meantime, we will be using the LTE. It's almost 2 months now no installation of fiber, however, we are being billed for LTE which was not the agreement. We have been waiting for fiber installation and I feel that vodacom was tricking us into LTE services which was not part of the deal. I would like the billing for LTE to be removed from my account.
