Sofas sent in for repairs - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I am extremely frustrated and unhappy with the service provided by bradlows, purchased a recliner sofa set in Dec 2020, within 2 weeks the 3 Seater was feeling weak and cushion becoming softer, I requested that it be collected and repaired as the set was still new. After 3 weeks they brought the repaired sofa however I found other damages to the sofas which I then requested be taken back and repaired as well. I am still waiting for my sofas ever since 17 Feb 2021, since then a month as passed and I have no feedback as to what is going on, the store themselves followed up with no feedback, I required urgent feedback! Never again will I purchase anything from bradlows. Many complaints about their service from many people.
