Was given wrong information and now they refuse to help me - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I went to clicks in CBD Cape Town Strand Street and I bought medication from the Pharmacy and I was advised by the person at the till at the pharmacy that it would be R95.00 and once I paid for the item i saw that it came to R150.00 and i went back to the pharmacy and it was closed and i asked the gentleman at the till if i could give the item back at that time in the store, but then the pharmacy was closed and the gentleman at the till called the manager and she advised that i couldnt at the time because the pharmacy was closed there was nothing she could do and she advised me to bring the item back the Monday and on Monday i sent my boyfreind back to the clicks and they would not help as they advised that they cannot take the medication back as i had already left the store with it. I do understand that but i am the customer and i didnt know that was the policy and the manager that advised me of this should have told me that i could bring it back again once i leave with it. I am stilling sitting with the medication and i am very upset with the customer service as i called the store again today02/03/23021 and i spoke to a manager and he was very unhelpful and he advised me to call back on Thursday once the other manager is back as he cannot assist me. I think it is unfair to me as the customer as i dont know what clicks policies are but i trusted that the information i got from the clicks employees as they should have know what the process is. I feel it was very unfair from my part as the customer that i now have to sit with the medication that i dont want or need and i am R150.00 out of pocket and your employees are not willing to assist me.
