On 01/02/2021 I wnt in to pep Stanford square cell shoo to buy 10 Telkom had to make emergency phone call,as I stood in the bank que the airtime didn't I phoned Telkom they told me its Mtn,I immediately went back and said sorry mam you gave me wrong airtime she flipped in a cheecky way saying I bought Mtn as said to her no I bought Telkom I don't use Mtn she insisted that u bought Mtn and I left the airtime there.I than phone pep immediately to lay a complain they said regional manager will contact me till today no one has contacted me,so what must I do now I'm not gonna leave it like this its a very bad customer service.
I hope I'll get a reply on this
