My parcel was shipped on Oc. 28, 2020 and 'til now, its status is to be transferred to Calamba (Laguna). It has been 7 days already and it's still stuck there. It is supposed to be delivered today, Nov. 4, 2020, as indicated here. Please, resolve this. I have already paid for the items. Thank you.

Hello po complain ko lang sahod ng brother ko noong july 2020 hangang ngaun wala parin puro lang follow up ni responce wala. Sino bang maasar doon dba
