Incomplete order - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Earlier this year I signed up for a laptop contract. It came with a portable router. It was delivered without a SIM card during the lockdown. I wanted to start using it last week and had to pay R70 at a Vodacom franchise outlet for a SIM Swap and I have lost out on the expired allocated data of 10GBs pm. Nobody said anything about this and the SIM card was not provided to me at the time I signed up. I think this is a little unfair.
