Debit running after canceling - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I've been with vodacom for over 20 years. Due to retrenchment, I was forced to cancel my contact. I have had the most unpleasant journey possible in trying to cancel. From call centres who didn't process my request to harassment of the retention department forcing me not to cancel. After months of this, I finally got it canceled only to have my debit order still run.
