insurance scam - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

firstly i would rate my insurance negatively, if given that option.
my issue with the insurance company is multifold;
1. thay lied to me
2. they refuse to communicate in writting and insist on telephonic communication and
3. my device is still not repaired after 3months
here are the details:
My device was first handed in to a repair outlet at a vodacom store in centurion, in July 2020.
i was told that i would receive a quote which would have to be approved if there was any access payable.
i never received this quote, even though i received several SMS's requsting approval of the quote.
the device was then returned to the store in centurion from the repair centre in potchefstroom.
i was then advised that as i did not approve the quote the claim had to be re-submitted.
i then escalated the matter by email and only after several requests was the actual quote emailed to me. What was sent to me was the options i had available to me.
When i queried the options given, the percentages and amounts that i had to pay for the access reduced with no apology or clear explanation.
i then agreed to the revised options for my phone to be repaired and only now after 3 weeks do i receive an SMS to inform me that my devise has been sent for repairs.
i have also received an email this week stating that i refuse to communicate with Vodacom and that they have been trying to get hold of me unsuccessfully.

and hence my review as stated
1. blatantly trying to overcharge me and not doing this initially in writing
2. refusing to communicate in writing and
3. 3 months of waiting thus far, for something that could have been resolved over night as only my screen was cracked
