Waiting for a refund for a month - Consumer Complaint for RAWSON PROPERTIES - HEAD OFFICE

The poor service and lack of communication for my exit from Rawson has been absolutely appalling.
I have escalated the matter with urgency to Judy Pick. However the administration lady (Andrea Lovell) has still not made any form of contact with me. Even after numerous follow ups made by me!!

i have withdrawan from Rawson and leasing directly with the landlord. I have since February paid directly my rental to the landlords bank account and the admin lady is fully aware of the transition.

I was informed since the 25/02/2021 that my deposit plus the interest would be paid but this has not been done until today. Please refer to the emails attached.

i am now very furious as there has been ample time to have this resolved! all i want is my deposit and interest paid out to me no later than today 06/04/2021 and the interest up until todays date! The payment should be made to the landlords bank account as per my conversation with Judy Pick.

I want a details statement sent to me as well for the deposit as well as the interest incurred until the payment date!

The consistent poor assistance and no communication from the administration lady (Andrea Lovell) has been frustrating.

I want this resolved as today as there has been enough time since 09/03/2021 for this to be resolved. if no contact is made today i will take this to the tribunal offices or wherever

Please treat this as an urgent matte, as i will escalate this higher if need be.
