Used food in take away box - Consumer Complaint for Ocean Basket - Head Office

I ordered 2 plattets for 1 and checked the top box in restaurant, which was in order. This was from OB Vangate mall and I collected before 5pm on Good Friday.
I opened second box later the evening and found the contents as per attached pic. I spokevwith Isaac in the shop.

I called at about 1.30pm as no one contacted me and spoke with Moegsien who said he cant refund me. He tried to convince me that the controls are in place.

I'm not interested in food from this shop again and want the R190 refund as I have not received the food on Good Friday.

The controls were not in place if a takeaway order disappeared and the doggy bag food was in a takeaway container.
