I would like to dispute the arrears amount which is R1941 for a contract of only R199 p.m

The contract was initially suspected within 90 days and I had no access to any services but the amount kept going up until almost R2000 which I think is unfair when the services were suspended and I had no access to any data.

The agreement was I pay 199p.m to get 20gigs of data a month.Its unfair that I did not get any data but the amount accumulated in full.

I lost my job due to the pandemic and was able to pay this account.

I would like to settle the amount in full provided you do your subtractions for an unnecessary 6 month period this bill accumulated in full.

Vodacom has not responded or provided me with the correct amount or resolution,infact vodacom replied with someone's Settlement letter stating his confidential details. I also think that's illegal due to confidentiality clause.However this kind of service exposes Vodacom's poor handling of service.
I was further told Burnard raaf withdrew from the account on several occasions and thus needed to wait from Vodacom from feedback but nothing came of it to date.i constantly called 082 1905 for help from 078 *** **** but I was giving wrong each time thus now I can't settle this account is clearly wrong.
