Good afternoon, I send this message with great upset. I bought products at your store in paarl mall, the special was R60 for the two products which I noticed I was charged R50 per product when I got home. I proceeded to go to the clicks near by me namely rembrandt mall clicks. I went with simply just my slip because I was not intending on returning the product just to recieving the R40 that was wrongfully charged to me. Your staff were arrogant and told me that I couldve picked up the slip just to get the money and I must go home and get the products! With all the driving up and down I had basically already driven out more than R40. I get back to your store and no apology was given just excuses as to why they could not help me before and I find that disgusting seeing as I was wrongfully charged. I received my R40 which served no purpose seeing as I drove so much and they could not even bother to say sorry! I am a frequent customer at click but I can now say that I am so put off of the service I received I do not even want to return. I would like to please know how this is going to be resolved.
