My mom Lindy Fronckiewicz went into your Vodacom branch in Mall of Africa not sure what was the date and time , my mother went to a lady to cancel my dad’s account with the death certificate as he passed away on the 25th of December 2020 , the lady that helped my mother was so rude asking her if she is keeping the contract and she said no cause he passed on. She then told my mother that she needs to phone as she cannot do it for her , as she needs to phone on her own personal phone and to cancel it.
This is really disgusting behavior as my mother has just lost her husband and not a crap was given.
Please could you point me in the right direction to cancel this account ?
