Unable to get a refund at Alex Mall Because I was told that I left my money at Alex Plaza - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I wanted to get a refund from Alex Mall after been told that at pep home or any other pep there's no light Pink continental pillowcases and fitted sheet so I was told that I must go and claim a refund at Alex Plaza Pep because that's where I left my money.
