I have being calling multichoice service concerning the money that I have mistakenly sent while the stop order will run through, I have sent required documents but every time when I do a follow up am requested to send those documents over and over again.. But nothing has being done within the promised time of the refund. Even if I ask them to use the money that I have sent to them as a monthly premium they take my money and refuse to return the one that I have requested..
